Terms & Conditions

These Terms form the agreement between MailerZ and the person or organization creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service.

Effective and last updated: September 5, 2026

MailerZ is operated by Secuno LLC. By creating an account or using MailerZ, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for authorized users, credentials, SMTP passwords, API keys, domain access, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service

MailerZ provides domain verification, inbound email acceptance and forwarding, aliases and routing, authenticated SMTP sending, delivery records, DNS checks, message recovery, and related features according to the selected plan. Features, limits, and third-party interoperability may change as email standards, security requirements, and providers evolve.

Domains, addresses, and content

You must control or be authorized to use every domain, sender identity, recipient route, and destination you configure. You retain ownership of your content and grant MailerZ the limited rights necessary to receive, store, scan for security, route, transmit, retry, and otherwise process it to provide and protect the service.

Customer responsibilities

  • Follow the Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policies and all applicable privacy, marketing, export, sanctions, and communications laws.
  • Maintain accurate DNS and destination configuration and monitor notices about conflicting, expired, or unsafe records.
  • Obtain required consent and provide legally required identification and unsubscribe mechanisms for commercial messages.
  • Protect credentials and promptly remove access for people who no longer require it.
  • Do not rely on MailerZ as the sole archive or backup of business-critical email.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and approved usage fees. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at renewal as shown in the account. Failed payment may lead to restricted features, downgrade, or suspension. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, security threats, illegal activity, non-payment, material breach, harm to deliverability or reputation, or risk to other users or infrastructure. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase amounts already due.

Intellectual property

MailerZ and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and improvements. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active account. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Service availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Email delivery depends on DNS, networks, sender reputation, recipient-provider rules, third-party inboxes, and other systems outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost data. MailerZ’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify MailerZ against third-party claims arising from your content, domains, campaigns, unlawful or abusive use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by MailerZ’s own unlawful conduct.

Company, changes, notices, and disputes

Material changes will be posted with a new date and communicated where appropriate. The laws and courts applicable to Secuno LLC govern disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
