Email delivery depends on multiple independent systems. MailerZ controls its own layer and exposes the outcome; it cannot control every destination provider.
What MailerZ provides
Domain verification, inbound acceptance, forwarding, aliases, controlled catch-all, authenticated SMTP, DNS checks, history, and recovery.
No hosted webmail mailbox
You continue using Gmail, Outlook, or another inbox. MailerZ is not a searchable primary mailbox interface.
Not a permanent archive
Recovery retention is 14 days on Free and 90 days on paid plans; keep separate backups for critical records.
Not a bulk-marketing sender
SMTP is for legitimate person-to-person and operational email, not newsletters, cold blasts, or purchased lists.
No absolute delivery guarantee
DNS, networks, recipient policies, reputation, filtering, destination quotas, and provider outages can affect delivery.
Abuse is actively restricted
Spam, phishing, impersonation, malware, credential abuse, and unlawful content may be blocked or suspended.
A clear product boundary
Good infrastructure states its failure boundaries.
