Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects MailerZ customers, recipients, networks, and delivery reputation by defining activity that is not allowed on the service.

Effective and last updated: September 5, 2026

Violations may result in message rejection, throttling, credential reset, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or reporting to affected providers or authorities where legally required.

General rule

Use MailerZ only for lawful email receiving, forwarding, replying, and authenticated sending connected to domains and identities you are authorized to operate. Do not use the service in a way that harms recipients, third parties, MailerZ, or shared delivery infrastructure.

Spam and deceptive messaging

  • Unsolicited bulk or commercial email, purchased or harvested lists, address guessing, dictionary attacks, or messages sent without a valid legal basis.
  • False, misleading, forged, or obscured From, Reply-To, routing, subject, domain, identity, or business information.
  • Failure to honor opt-out, unsubscribe, suppression, complaint, or bounce signals within the time required by applicable law.
  • Snowshoeing, list washing, spam-trap testing, reputation manipulation, or rotating identities to evade blocks or limits.

Phishing, fraud, and impersonation

  • Credential theft, phishing, business-email compromise, invoice fraud, advance-fee schemes, scams, or deceptive impersonation.
  • Using a domain, trademark, identity, or address without permission.
  • Messages designed to conceal the true beneficiary, originator, or commercial purpose.

Malware and security abuse

  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, malicious links or attachments, exploit delivery, botnet control, or unauthorized scanning.
  • Attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, suppression, sender verification, monitoring, or other safeguards.
  • Testing another person’s systems without authorization or using compromised accounts, domains, inboxes, or devices.

Illegal and harmful content

  • Content or activity that violates law, court order, sanctions, export controls, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or data-protection rules.
  • Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, unlawful harassment, or content that facilitates violence or exploitation.
  • Controlled-substance trafficking, unlawful gambling, counterfeit goods, or other prohibited commerce.

Operational abuse

  • Using MailerZ as an open relay, public proxy, disposable sending farm, mailbox replacement, permanent archive, or unauthorized bulk-marketing platform.
  • Creating excessive accounts or domains to evade plan limits, enforcement, payment, or prior suspension.
  • Sending patterns that create unreasonable load, repeated bounces, complaint spikes, blocklisting, or material harm to shared infrastructure.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate signals, request evidence of permission, temporarily hold traffic, and share limited information with affected networks or authorities when necessary and lawful. Report suspected abuse to support@mailerz.net with headers, timestamps, sending domain, and a description. Do not send live malware; provide a safe link or hash instead.
