Custom domain email in Gmail
without Workspace.
Forward custom domain email to Gmail without Google Workspace. Receive hello@yourdomain.com in the Gmail you already use, keep the original sender, then reply or send as that domain through MailerZ SMTP. No Workspace seat. No extra mailbox.
Two-wayPlain definition
What is MailerZ?
MailerZ is a custom-domain email delivery layer operated by Secuno LLC. It accepts inbound MX for a domain you control, rewrites only envelope MAIL FROM with SRS, and forwards mail to Gmail or Outlook without changing Header From. Paid plans add authenticated SMTP so the same domain can reply and send.
- 01 · ReceiveInbound MX
Your domain’s MX points at MailerZ. Mail arrives for addresses you actually configured.
- 02 · RouteEnvelope SRS only
Only envelope MAIL FROM is rewritten. Visible From, subject, and body stay intact.
- 03 · DeliverInbox + SMTP
Forward to Gmail or Outlook. Paid plans add authenticated SMTP to reply and send.
- Not a mailbox or IMAP host
- Not a campaign sender
- Not SOC 2 certified
Transparent by design
Same sender in.
Same sender out.
If the sender is ada@studio.com, Gmail shows ada@studio.com in the visible From field—exactly the same. MailerZ never replaces it with its own address.
- Original name and email address stay visible
- Subject, message body, and attachments stay intact
- MailerZ handles routing quietly in the background

Built-in SMTP sending
Reply normally.
Send professionally.
Connect MailerZ SMTP once, then reply or start new messages from your existing inbox. Your recipient sees your domain address—not Gmail, MailerZ, or a relay address.
- Send as any verified address on your domain
- Works with Gmail, Outlook, email clients, websites, and apps that support SMTP
- No separate SES, Mailgun, Postmark, or self-hosted SMTP server
- Authenticated sending and delivery records are managed in one place
Complete domain email delivery
Receive, reply, and send
without blind spots.
MailerZ combines transparent inbound forwarding, authenticated outbound SMTP, delivery visibility, and recovery—while you keep the inbox you already use.
Send as your domain
Use authenticated MailerZ SMTP to send new messages as hello@, support@, or any verified address—without another sending provider.
Reply from your inbox
Reply from Gmail, Outlook, or another SMTP-capable inbox while recipients continue to see your professional domain address.
One service for both directions
MailerZ handles incoming MX delivery and outgoing SMTP, so you do not need to combine a forwarder with SES, Mailgun, Postmark, or your own server.
Keep the real sender
Original From, Subject, body and attachments stay intact. Only the SMTP envelope is rewritten with SRS.
Recover failed forwards
Every accepted message is stored with its delivery code and a plain-English reason—14 days free, 90 days paid.
See every delivery hop
Know whether mail was forwarded, held, bounced or rejected. No more invisible forwarding failures.
Safer catch-all
Unknown addresses are held by default instead of becoming a spam cannon. You decide what gets forwarded.
Catch broken DNS early
MailerZ detects leftover Google, Microsoft or old-host MX records before they silently steal deliveries.
Use the inbox you love
Receive and reply from Gmail, Outlook, or any existing inbox. No second webmail app or unnecessary mailbox seat.
One-time setup
One domain.
Both directions.
MailerZ gives you the receiving and sending records, verifies the complete path, and keeps both incoming and outgoing delivery activity visible.
Set up your domainAdd and verify your domain
Enter a domain you control and choose the inbox where incoming messages should arrive.
Connect receiving and sending DNS
Add the MX, verification, and sender-authentication records MailerZ provides. Old or conflicting records are flagged.
Create your addresses
Map hello@, support@, billing@, or any address to the people and inboxes that should receive them.
Connect MailerZ SMTP
Add your sending identity to Gmail, Outlook, an email client, website, or app. Then reply and send as your domain.

Clear product boundaries
The right tool when you need a delivery layer—not another mailbox.
MailerZ handles custom-domain receiving, routing, replies, authenticated SMTP, delivery history, and recovery. It is not webmail, a permanent archive, or a bulk-marketing platform.
Security by design
Your mail is handled
like infrastructure.
MailerZ accepts and sends mail only for verified domains and approved identities. Incoming messages are stored before acceptance, and delivery activity remains traceable.
Explore securityUnknown and unverified recipients receive SMTP 550.
250 is sent only after file and database storage.
Message-body access and important account actions are restricted and recorded.
SMTP credentials send only through approved domain identities—never as an open relay.
