Subprocessors

MailerZ uses a limited set of infrastructure and service providers to operate the website, application, email delivery, billing, support, and security functions.

Effective and last updated: September 5, 2026

The exact provider used for a payment, region, or optional integration may depend on customer location and configuration. The provider shown at checkout or in the account controls that transaction or integration.

Current categories

  • Cloud and network infrastructure: application hosting, web delivery, traffic protection, storage, monitoring, and network services.
  • Payment processing: subscription checkout, fraud screening, invoicing, and payment settlement; the applicable provider is identified during checkout.
  • Transactional communications: account, security, billing, and service-status notices.
  • Customer support and operations: support case handling and operational communication.
  • Security and diagnostics: error reporting, availability monitoring, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.

Website delivery provider

Cloudflare, Inc. supports delivery and protection of the hosted MailerZ marketing website. Processing may include IP address, request and device metadata, security signals, and content required to deliver the requested page. Service location may be global depending on network routing.

Provider selection

We evaluate providers based on security, confidentiality, reliability, data location, legal commitments, access controls, business continuity, and the minimum data required for their role. Providers may process data only for contracted services and lawful instructions.

Changes

MailerZ may add, replace, or remove providers as infrastructure and features evolve. Where the Data Processing Addendum requires notice of a material new subprocessor, we will provide notice through this page, the account, or email before the change takes effect when practicable.

Customer objections

A customer may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting support@mailerz.net promptly after notice. The parties will work in good faith on a reasonable solution, which may include configuration changes or termination of the affected service when no practical alternative exists.

Requesting details

Customers with a legitimate compliance need may request the current provider list, processing purpose, and relevant location details by emailing support@mailerz.net. Confidential security or commercial information may require a non-disclosure agreement.
